Prints & Ready-Made Items: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Commissions & Custom Artwork: Non-refundable once work has started.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photographs. We will see if we can arrange a replacement or refund.
